The Bauer Vapor Hyperlite 2 ice hockey skate is the new top model from the Bauer brand. It is an extremely light skate that still provides maximum power with a flexible sole and a hard top. Thanks to the Aerolite 2.0 sole and the new Powerfly Holder, you can use your strength optimally. The tongue is made of Aerolite 2.0 and has an additional felt to prevent cutting. The ankle padding uses Aerofoam Pro, a very light foam, which reduces the weight of the shoe. The Hyperflex sole is harder at the back and softer at the front to give you improved power out of turns. The toe cap is designed asymmetrically, which allows a more direct transfer of energy to the blade. The outer material is made of 3D Lasted Carbon Curv Composite, which is thermoformable, giving you the ability to customize the shoe to your foot perfectly. The Hyperflex outsole is a unique construction consisting of a rigid composite material on the front and a molded, flexible material on the back. The rigid composite material allows the player to maximize energy transfer during the acceleration phase of the skating stride. The softer area of the sole increases the skate's torsional flex and increases blade contact in the speed and transition zones.
