CCM VIZION Skate Test Program

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your interest in our CCM VIZION Skate Test Program.

We are very pleased that you would like to test the new CCM VIZION skate with no obligation. Based on our experience so far, this is an exceptional ice hockey skate, and we are confident in its performance. We are now looking forward to your personal feedback.

Only end customers residing in Germany or Austria are eligible toparticipate. Participation is not guaranteed. Participation is subject to the availability of test skates.

Step 1 – Determining the Right Size

To ensure you can test the CCM VIZION skate to the fullest, choosing the right size is especially important.

If your desired size is already unavailable at the time of your request, we’ll try to provide you with the best possible alternative (e.g., a different fit or a half size larger or smaller).

To determine your CCM size, please use the official CCM Skate Finder.

Step 2 – Ordering the Test Program

Since these are high-quality test skates, we require appropriate protection.

For Existing Customers

If you’ve been a customer of ours for some time, we generally ship the test skates on a trust basis.

The deposit will simply be noted on the invoice. No payment is required at this time.

Please reply to the order confirmation and provide us with your order number so we can prepare the shipment.

A deposit of €300 is required for the test skates.

This deposit serves solely as security for the test skate and does not constitute a purchase price.

Once the test skates have been returned on time and in proper condition, the deposit will, of course, be refunded in full.

Please reply to your order confirmation and provide us with your order number.

Step 3 – Preparing for Shipping

As soon as your order is complete, we’ll prepare it for shipping.

We’ll send you the size you requested whenever possible. If that size isn’t currently available, we’ll send you the closest possible alternative.

Step 4 – Shipping

Germany

Shipping for the trial shoes is free of charge.

After the trial period ends, we’ll provide you with a free return label upon request.

Austria

Shipping to you is also free of charge.

The participant is responsible for the return shipping costs to Germany.

Step 5 – Trial Period

You may test the trial skates on the ice for up to four business days from the date of delivery.

Please plan your order to coincide with your training or game schedules as much as possible.

Normal signs of wear and tear resulting from proper testing on the ice are, of course, not a problem.

Every returned pair of skates will be carefully inspected upon receipt.

Should any damage occur that goes beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., intentional damage or improper use), we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting loss of value or damage.

Please keep the shipping receipt for the return and feel free to email it to us after you’ve shipped the item.

Important Note

Please return the trial shoes no later than the fourth business day after receipt.

For each additional day that the trial shoes are not returned without prior agreement, we will charge a usage fee of €10 per calendar day.

Step 6 – Refund

Once we’ve received and inspected the test shoes,

• the deposit will be refunded in full, or
• the issued invoice will be canceled or adjusted.

Step 7 – Purchase Benefit

Important Notes

• Participation is limited to while test skates are available.
• No guarantee of a specific size or fit.
• Participation is limited to end customers in Germany and Austria.
• The test shoes remain the property of Hps Sport Shop (CCM) throughout the entire test period.
• Transferring or renting the shoes to third parties is not permitted.
• Participation in the testing program is voluntary.
